Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email to All Occasions Group (AOG), conference@aomevents.com. Registration cancellations received up to 1st June 2027 prior to the Conference will receive a full refund, less a $250 cancellation fee. Any cancellations and requests for refunds after 1st June 2027 will need to supply documentation as to the circumstances and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Registration cancellations received less between 2nd June – 23rd June 2027 prior to the Conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received from the 24th June 2027 however a substitute delegate may be nominated at no additional cost until 2nd June 2027. An administrative fee of $50 will apply for the nomination of a replacement delegate from 2nd June 2027. There will be no refunds on group bookings. Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related businesses will be at the discretion of the supplier.

Transfer of Registration

Registrations can be transferred to another person without penalty by notifying in writing via email to All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com. Within 7 days prior to the Conference, no refunds will be provided for transfers of registration.
